Sagra della Salsiccia

From July 3-5, Piazza Italia transforms into an arena of authentic flavors where the local sausage, known in dialect as 'Sautissa', reigns supreme throughout three festive evenings. The food stand opens every evening from 7:30 PM, offering visitors exclusive dishes crafted with care and dedication, accompanied by the region's finest DOC wines. Beyond culinary delights, the festival promises a complete experience of entertainment and conviviality. The highlight is the legendary Barrel Race on Sunday, July 5—a traditional competition that has animated this popular celebration for years.
