Fera dij Còj

The Fera dij Còj, or Cabbage Fair, is a traditional event that transforms Settimo Torinese every November into a lively open-air market dedicated to one of the symbols of Piedmontese gastronomy. This celebration has deep roots in the area's agricultural heritage, when cabbage cultivation was a fundamental economic resource for the territory. Today the event keeps this connection with tradition alive, bringing to the square the finest varieties of vegetables grown locally, from typical savoy cabbages to broccoli, from rare brassicas to autumn produce.
