The Festa Pugliese arrives in Rivalta di Torino for three days celebrating the gastronomy, culture and traditions of Salento. From June 12-14, 2026, Piazza Gerbidi will transform into an ideal extension of Apulia, where you can savor authentic regional specialties and immerse yourself in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Southern Italy. Discover the most authentic flavors of Apulian cuisine: from orecchiette to tagliatelle, passing through caciocavallo cheese and typical varieties like burrata and cacioricotta, to the most delicious desserts of tradition such as pasticciotti and cartellate. Apulian street food will be the undisputed star, with genuine products and recipes passed down through generations that will make you feel as if you were in Salento itself. You'll also find Bari focaccia, fried panzerotti and tiragn (taralli).
