The National Exhibition of Toma di Lanzo and Alpine Cheeses returns to Usseglio, one of the most eagerly awaited events on Piedmont's gastronomic calendar. Now in its 30th edition, this event celebrates mountain cheese excellence and the rich cultural heritage of the Lanzo valley, transforming the Fairgrounds into a showcase where tradition and quality reach their fullest expression. Held over two weekends (July 10-12 and 18-19, 2026), the festival offers a rich and varied program designed for all visitors. During the event, you can enjoy nature walks through the Lanzo valley, educational workshops on traditional cheese-making techniques, live cooking demonstrations with local chefs, and expert-guided tastings led by sommeliers and master cheesemakers.
