The Sagra del Salame di Turgia returns to Devesi di Cirié from June 26-29, 2026, an unmissable event for lovers of Piedmontese gastronomy and the culinary traditions of the Lanzo Valleys. Organized by Pro Loco Dveisin Festareul with the patronage of the City of Cirié and the Metropolitan City of Turin, the festival takes place at the Colombari locality and intertwines with the Feast of Saint Peter the Apostle, creating a festive and convivial atmosphere. Salame di Turgia is a cured meat with centuries-old rural traditions, made from beef that is no longer productive for dairy, enriched with pork lard, salt, pepper, nutmeg and other spices, garlic and sometimes local red wine. A genuine product that embodies the authentic flavors of the Piedmontese mountains and deserves to be discovered and savored. Four days filled with live music and traditional dishes. The musical program offers different entertainment each evening: Friday, June 26 features the orchestra I Roeri, Saturday, June 27 the mobile disco Energia with DJ sets, Sunday, June 28 the DJ set by Alba DBJ, and Monday, June 29 the orchestra of Enrico Negro. Mojito Parties will animate the late-night festivities. A perfect opportunity to enjoy local specialties in company, surrounded by great music and the festive atmosphere typical of Piedmontese festivals.
