Sagra della Zampina del Bocconcino e del Buon Vino (Festival of Zampina Sausage, Mozzarella Bites and Fine Wine)

From September 25 to 27, 2026, Sammichele di Bari hosts the Sagra della Zampina del Bocconcino e del Buon Vino. Throughout the festival, the town center and main streets transform into festive open-air dining areas, created through the collaboration of local butcher shops and community associations. This three-day event pairs traditional local gastronomy with a rich entertainment and cultural program. Visitors can enjoy exhibitions, guided tours, hands-on experiences, craft markets, and stalls spotlighting farm-to-table local products, alongside live music and street performances.
