FastucaFest in Raffadali (Pistachio Festival)

The tenth edition of FastucaFest returns to enliven Raffadali, celebrating the renowned Pistacchio di Raffadali PDO and the finest local agricultural traditions. Over the course of four days, the town centre hosts the traditional 'Percorso del Gusto' (Taste Trail), complete with live cooking shows, culinary contests, and exhibition stands packed with gastronomic delicacies and sweet treats made with the region's 'green gold'. The festival programme also features insightful panel discussions, including thematic workshops on geographic origin and sustainability hosted by CREA, along with creative workshops and the lively entertainment of the Fastuca Circus Fest. Rounding off the festivities are musical and folklore performances, alongside charity and health-awareness initiatives such as the 'Onde Rosa' solidarity walk and events organized in collaboration with local health authorities (ASP).
