Mela Val di Non is the first European apple to obtain DOP certification, a recognition that testifies to the outstanding quality of production in this Trentino valley. Cultivated in the hilly areas of Val di Non, in Trentino-Alto Adige, the Golden Delicious variety achieves distinctive organoleptic characteristics here thanks to the temperate climate, altitude, and volcanic soils of the region. Traditional cultivation practices, combined with strict production regulations, guarantee fruits of controlled quality.

These apples are characterized by an intense golden-yellow color, smooth skin, and crispy flesh that is particularly sweet and juicy.
