The Sagra di Soprabolzano (Oberbozner Kirchtag) takes place in Renon to celebrate the feast of the Assumption of Mary. Organized by the Soprabolzano town band, the festivities kick off in the morning at the covered festival grounds with the traditional 'Frühschoppen', a lively gathering featuring Weißwurst sausages and brass band music. In the afternoon, the celebration hits its stride with the grand parade of allegorical floats, designed by the musicians to highlight local agriculture, craftsmanship, and historic customs. The party continues at the Festwiese, where food stands run by local volunteers serve regional dishes and specialties. Guests of all ages can enjoy live music from several marching bands alongside classic traditional games, including a flying carousel, outdoor bowling, and a prize fishpond.
