Organised by the same promoters of the renowned Children's Carnival, this gastronomic event confirms itself as one of the most anticipated appointments of the Tuscan summer, blending authentic flavours with the convivial atmosphere typical of local celebrations. From 5 to 28 June 2026, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the hamlet of Orentano in Castelfranco di Sotto transforms into a haven of taste where the noblest ingredients of Italian culinary tradition reach their fullest expression in freshly baked pizzas. The absolute stars are local recipes celebrating Tuscan excellence: from the classic Margherita with DOP buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, to Tuscan Pizza enriched with IGP speck and Tuscan pecorino cheese, to house specialities that vary by season and availability of locally sourced products. Each evening is a complete culinary experience: alongside pizzas cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, you can enjoy carefully selected craft beers, Tuscan wines and local beverages in a relaxed atmosphere under the stars.
