The Sagra Usiglianese returns for its 25th edition in the enchanting hills of Valdera, between Lari and Casciana Alta, in the province of Pisa. A beloved fixture of the Tuscan summer calendar, this festival celebrates local food and wine traditions and peaches—the iconic fruit of the Usigliano countryside. The local community comes together to offer visitors an authentic experience filled with genuine flavors, conviviality, and quality entertainment. During the ten-day event (July 9-12 and 15-19, 2026), covered food stalls showcase Valdera's culinary specialties: from grilled meats to fried delicacies, alongside the region's most traditional dishes, with special emphasis on recipes featuring local peaches. The stalls open in the evenings from 7:30 PM, with lunch service also available on Sundays from noon, allowing everyone to discover the territory's authentic flavors at any time of day.
