Penne e Pinne

Penne & Pinne is the gastronomic event celebrating the authentic flavors of Umbria in the heart of summer. From July 27 to August 2, 2026, Montegabbione transforms into an unmissable destination for lovers of traditional cuisine, with three evenings dedicated to local specialties where goose, the undisputed queen of the Umbrian table, takes center stage.

Each evening features a different and refined menu: from stuffed goose to pappardelle with goose ragù, from traditional second courses to typical Umbrian desserts. Every dish has been carefully crafted to satisfy the most discerning palates and allow visitors to experience an authentic piece of the region's culinary tradition.

But Penne & Pinne is more than just food: the event comes alive thanks to live music, with local bands and orchestras that transform the evenings into engaging dancing occasions. Musical entertainment accompanies the dinners, creating a festive and convivial atmosphere where the tasting of typical dishes merges with the pleasure of music and socializing.
