Now in its 16th edition, this beloved event will take place from July 3-12, 2026 at the Centro Civico, transforming the village into a true community celebration dedicated to fine dining. Each evening starting at 7:30 PM, the gastronomic stand welcomes visitors and food lovers with an abundant menu where gnocchi in various fillings take center stage. Dishes include ricotta gnocchi, potato gnocchi with ragù, porcini mushroom gnocchi, and truffle gnocchi, accompanied by other local specialties such as traditional Umbrian lasagna, roasted porchetta, seasonal vegetable sides, and regional DOP cheeses.
