Sagra della Pizza al Forno (Wood-Fired Pizza Festival)

The most eagerly awaited summer event returns to Ponte San Lorenzo: the Sagra della Pizza al Forno, which from July 24 to August 2, 2026 transforms this small hamlet of Narni into an Umbrian gastronomic oasis. For ten consecutive days, food stands open every evening at 7:30 PM to offer an authentic culinary experience, where the undisputed star is pizza cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, available in numerous variations to satisfy all palates. But the festival is far more than pizza: the rich menu features the finest Umbrian specialties, including fragrant ciriole alla ternana, delicious manfricoli, and succulent grilled pork chops cooked over charcoal.
