Sagra delle Manfregole

The Sagra delle Manfregole of Colonnetta returns for its 22nd edition to celebrate one of the most authentic dishes of Umbrian culinary tradition. Two weekends dedicated to genuine flavors, from June 4-7 and June 12-14, 2026, where manfregole - those hand-made tagliatelle crafted with just water and flour - become the undisputed stars of the table. A humble dish rich in flavor, which reaches its fullest expression when paired with the most appetizing sauces: from classic ragù to mushroom sauce, and truffle which further enhances this specialty.

But the Sagra delle Manfregole is more than just food: every evening starting at 7:30 PM the food stands come alive with music and joy thanks to the best dance orchestras of Umbria. Alongside the star manfregole, local cuisine offers other delights such as fried lamb cutlets, roasted pork shanks, and grilled beef steaks, for a complete gastronomic experience that satisfies every palate.

An event that renews itself thanks to the constant commitment of Fabro's Pro loco and numerous local volunteers, who year after year transform Colonnetta into a place of meeting and sharing, where Umbrian traditions are given proper recognition and fun is never in short supply.
