The evenings run from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, maintaining vibrant energy and a festive atmosphere throughout. The gastronomic offerings range from gourmet street food and wood-fired pizzas to bruschetta, arrosticini, typical Umbrian dishes, and artisanal desserts. The wine and cocktail bar features carefully selected local wines, craft beers, and signature cocktails created especially for the event, with sommeliers available for guidance.
