From 6 PM to 11 PM, the historic center comes alive with tastings and evocative atmospheres. The evening's highlight arrives at 9 PM in Piazza del Comune with the jazz and swing music of the '900 Swing band, guiding guests into a romantic and nostalgic dimension. Meanwhile, the Monte Subasio Astronomy Group offers a unique experience: celestial maps and guided stargazing through the village's medieval alleyways, allowing visitors to admire the starry sky from a privileged vantage point.
