The National Market Fair of the White Truffle and Agri-food Products of Gubbio, also known as 'Gubbio Terra di Tartufo', celebrates its 45th edition in 2026. One of the highlights of autumn in Gubbio, this event showcases the prized local Tuber Magnatum Pico alongside Italy's finest delicacies, including pasture-raised cheeses, cured meats, artisan cuts, olive oil, honey, and traditional pastries. Staged across Gubbio's historic center, the fair's stands will primarily welcome visitors in Piazza Quaranta Martiri over two long weekends: October 30 to November 1 and November 6 to November 8, 2026. A rich program of events complements the market, featuring live cooking shows, guided tastings, cultural talks, meet-and-greets with renowned chefs and culinary experts, and fun activities designed for children.
