Sagra del Tartufo a Ripa

The 37th edition of the Sagra del Tartufo di Ripa returns, one of Umbria's most anticipated summer events. From July 3–12, 2026, this charming hamlet near Perugia transforms into a gastronomic stage where truffle, with its unmistakable aroma, takes center stage. In the picturesque green area next to the middle school, food stands open every evening from 6:30 PM onwards, offering a culinary journey through authentic Umbrian flavors.
