Sagra del Tuttosuino (All-Pork Festival)

The Sagra del Tuttosuino of Sant'Enea returns in July with a tradition rooted in Umbria's most ancient gastronomic celebrations. From July 10-19, 2026, this small hamlet near Perugia transforms into a temple of pork-based cuisine, where every dish tells centuries of regional culinary wisdom. The food stalls, managed with dedication by local volunteers, will feature the most cherished specialties of Umbrian pork traditions: crispy and succulent porchetta, PDO cured meats like Norcia sausage, smoked guanciale, aged capocollo, rigatelle and classic roasts. Refined preparations will also be on offer, such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù, crostini with chicken liver pâté, and grilled cutlets, designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Beyond gastronomic delights, the festival is an occasion for celebration and community gathering, with live music and dancing animating summer evenings in an atmosphere of genuine joy. There is also a dedicated space for children, who can enjoy themselves safely in designated play areas while families discover the best of local culinary traditions.
