The Sagra dell'Agnello Scottadito e dei Prodotti Tipici Umbri returns to Montecastello di Vibio in the heart of Umbria, an unmissable event for lovers of authentic traditional cuisine. From 26 June to 5 July, this charming Umbrian village transforms into a temple of local gastronomy, where community volunteers prepare the region's most authentic and celebrated recipes, with lamb scottadito taking centre stage at every table. Beyond the renowned lamb, the food stalls will offer a refined selection of exceptional Umbrian dishes: gnocchi with goose ragù, strangozzi with truffle, and pappardelle with wild boar. Every evening, top-class dance orchestras will animate the former sports field, creating a festive atmosphere that welcomes visitors of all ages, with a dedicated pub area for younger guests open late into the night.
