The 41st edition of Bettona's Sagra dell'Oca returns from July 31 to August 9, 2026 to celebrate one of Umbria's most authentic culinary traditions. Set in the enchanting Santa Caterina Gardens, this medieval town offers a complete immersion into the region's genuine flavors, where goose—the undisputed star of the festival—is transformed into extraordinary dishes using recipes passed down through generations.

## Gastronomic Excellence Every evening from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the gastronomic stand welcomes visitors with a rich and varied menu: from delicate tagliatelle in goose ragù sauce, to succulent roasted goose, to refined goose roast beef with vegetables, not forgetting daily specials that surprise guests with creativity and quality. All dishes are prepared according to traditional Umbrian recipes by experienced chefs.
