Sapori d'Autunno (Autumn Flavors)

In Tordandrea, a hamlet of Assisi, the local Pro Loco association hosts the food and wine festival 'Sapori d'Autunno', dedicated to showcasing local delicacies. Front and center are the true stars of the season: new wine and freshly pressed olive oil. Starting at 7:30 PM inside the heated Pro Loco hall, visitors can savor a rich menu of traditional dishes, including tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, penne alla norcina, grilled meats, salt cod, game, and various snail specialties, finished off with roasted chestnuts. The convivial gathering is complemented by live musical entertainment and cultural events. Booking is recommended for the dinners.
