Stramaialata returns to Piana, the enchanting hamlet of Castiglione del Lago nestled in the heart of Umbria, for its 15th edition. From August 4-9, 2026, this small community transforms into a temple of fine food, celebrating local culinary traditions through authentic pork-based specialties. For six entire days, gastronomic stands open their doors each evening from 7:00 PM to midnight, serving authentic dishes prepared with dedication by local volunteers: succulent steaks, fragrant sausages, steaming grilled meats, crispy porchetta, and other delights that tell the gastronomic story of the region.
