Una Sana Festa Paesana returns to Triestina, a charming hamlet of Città di Castello in Perugia province, to offer evenings celebrating conviviality and the authentic flavours of Umbria. From 26–28 June and 3–5 July 2026, Piazza Don Zefferino Caporali transforms into a stage of tradition and entertainment, where the local community welcomes residents and visitors to share unforgettable moments around tables laden with gastronomic specialities. The true star of the festival is premium Umbrian beef, with prized cuts like fiorentina and chianina taking centre stage in dishes from local food stalls. Each course is paired with excellent DOC wines from Umbria and neighbouring Tuscany, creating a perfect harmony that elevates the genuine flavours of regional cuisine. The culinary offerings are completed by DOP cheeses, traditional cured meats, and rustic Umbrian farmhouse dishes prepared with care. Entertainment is guaranteed by a rich programme: live music concerts featuring local and regional artists, theatrical performances, and activities for children will animate the evenings, creating a festive atmosphere for the whole family.
