Antica Sagra di Mejaniga (Historic Mejaniga Patronal Festival)

The Antica Sagra di Mejaniga returns to enliven the hamlet of Cadoneghe, in the province of Padova, from Friday 18 September to Sunday 27 September 2026. This patronal festival takes over the parish centre, Via Gramsci, and the local sports grounds with a rich variety of events dedicated to locals and visitors alike. Throughout the celebration, the food stand will be serving traditional dishes at the parish centre, accompanied by an outdoor bar offering sandwiches and drinks. The entertainment programme includes funfair rides at the sports facilities, a traditional charity raffle, and a performance area in the square hosting evenings filled with live music and dancing. Over the weekends of 19-20 and 26-27 September, the festival expands with craft markets organised by NSV Organizzazione Eventi, bringing stalls featuring handmade arts and crafts, creative items, wellness products, and sweet and savoury food specialties to the town streets.
