Festa dal Figh - Festa del Fico a Figarol (Fig Festival in Ficarolo)

Festa dal Figh is the traditional gastronomic celebration that fills the heart of Ficarolo with an exquisite menu entirely devoted to the fig, held in conjunction with the patron saint festivities for Sant'Antonino. Organized by the local Pro Loco in Piazza Marconi, this event brings together local flavours and community spirit. The highlight of the festival is the 'Street-Figh' street food area, opening at 7:30 PM, where visitors can savour themed delicacies such as fig risotto served with a tasting of Figazzotti (fig-stuffed tortelli), the Figh-Burger with fries, Pinzin Figh paired with cured ham, cheese, and fig jam, as well as caramelized figs with squacquerone cheese, sausage sandwiches, and the traditional Crostata Ficarolese tart. Evenings in the square also feature a lively entertainment line-up for all ages, including live music, karaoke, and the classic tombola bingo draw.
