Each evening the menu changes, featuring fresh hand-made bigoli and strozzapreti, and homemade egg pasta tossed right before your eyes. From Saturday afternoon, witness the spectacular spit-roasting with slow flames lasting all night, culminating in an unmissable Sunday lunch tasting available by reservation. Yet Festa del Bò is more than just food: there's dancing to live music on the main stage, local wine tastings, a Youth Area with techno music, and the traditional fried food stand—everyone finds their place.
