Fiera Franca di Cittadella (Historic Autumn Fair)

From Saturday, October 24 to Monday, October 26, 2026, the historic center of Cittadella hosts the 432nd edition of the Fiera Franca, one of the most prominent historic events in the Padua area, with origins dating back to 1231. A highlight of Cittadella's autumn calendar, the festival enlivens the walled town with a vast market featuring local crafts and traditional regional products. Throughout the three-day celebration, the grounds of Villa Rina feature an exhibition area and food stalls serving Venetian culinary specialties. The program also boasts an agricultural machinery exhibition, a funfair at the sports facilities, and the rare opportunity to walk along the medieval ramparts during special evening openings.
