Asolo Prosecco

Asolo Prosecco DOCG is an elegant sparkling wine produced on the hills of Asolo, in the province of Treviso, one of Veneto's most prestigious wine-growing regions. Made primarily from Glera grapes, this wine expresses the characteristics of the territory through a production method involving re-fermentation in an autoclave, which preserves its freshness and aromatic delicacy.

In the glass, it presents a luminous straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The sensory profile is characterized by floral and fruity notes, with predominant hints of green apple, peach, and acacia, accompanied by a pleasant minerality that reflects the composition of the hilly terrain. The flavor is well-balanced, with just the right acidity and an elegant structure, free from excess.

Asolo Prosecco DOCG stands out for its versatility at the table: perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, light fried foods, and delicate cheeses. Its freshness makes it ideal for accompanying not-too-sweet desserts and pastries as well.
