The 17th edition of the Fiera del Miele Nuovo at Molina di Fumane is set to celebrate the extraordinary culinary treasures of the Veneto region on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Organized by the local Pro Loco association, this event offers a unique opportunity to rediscover the beekeeping traditions of Lessinia and the unbreakable bond between people, nature, and biodiversity. The marketplace will welcome the finest local producers and beekeepers, bringing their organic and natural creations directly from the hive to Molina. Visitors can taste and purchase an extraordinary variety of honeys: robust and distinctive chestnut honey, delicate and crystalline acacia honey, rich and complex honeydew honey, and seasonal rarities such as ivy honey and exclusive blends from small Lessinian producers. An explosion of authentic flavors that tell the story of the territory with every spoonful. Beyond conscious shopping, the fair offers an important moment of cultural enrichment. The Square Conference, scheduled for 10:30 a.m., will feature presentations from industry experts, including Dr. Gaia Autorino from the Veterinary Service AULSS 9 Scaligera and beekeeping technician Michele Zanca, who will address crucial topics regarding bee health, environmental sustainability, and current challenges in the beekeeping world. An important discussion on how to protect these extraordinary pollinating insects. To complete the sensory experience, Molina's restaurants will serve the celebrated gnocchi della Lessinia, a signature dish of local cuisine, perfectly paired with the fair's delicious honeys.
