Il bollito Camisanese (Boiled Meat Festival)

Camisano Vicentino hosts the 8th edition of 'Il bollito Camisanese', an event dedicated to rediscovering the traditional flavors of Venetian cuisine. Organized by the Pro Loco di Camisano Vicentino APS under the patronage of the City of Camisano Vicentino, the festival offers four convivial evenings designed to bring together families and friends around one of the region's most iconic dishes. Held at the town's Event Stand, the food area opens every evening from 7:00 PM. Along with the classic boiled meat dish spotlighted throughout the celebration, the menu features a variety of other local culinary specialties. To ensure everyone feels welcome, a dedicated gluten-free menu is available for the entire duration of the event. Table reservations are also available to make organizing gatherings for parties and large groups seamless.
