Sagra dei Sparasi di Mambrotta

The Sagra dei Sparasi 2026 returns to Mambrotta, a charming village in the municipality of San Martino Buon Albergo in the province of Verona, offering an unmissable event for lovers of Venetian cuisine and local gastronomic tradition. From April 22 to May 3, the small hamlet comes alive with food stalls where the famous Mambrotta asparagus, celebrated for its quality and distinctive flavor, is prepared in countless ways according to the recipes of ancient Veronese and Venetian culinary tradition.

The festival stalls open every evening from 7:00 PM, while on holidays and Sundays you can also enjoy dishes at lunch time, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, at the Festival Area on Via Torre Orti in the Zona Vago di Lavagno. A welcoming and well-organized venue that allows visitors to taste local specialties in a convivial and authentic atmosphere.

Beyond the gastronomic delights, the Sagra also features side events that enrich the experience: among these stands out the celebrated Walking Tour, which culminates in a delicious lunch based on risotto, allowing participants to combine movement, nature, and fine cuisine in a single unforgettable experience.
