The gastronomic programme is particularly diverse: food stands operating from 19.15 to 22.30 offer authentic local specialities, while Area_G provides gourmet burgers, quality vegan and vegetarian dishes, accompanied by local craft beer. An absolute novelty of this edition is the paella by Chef Andrea De Poli, available by reservation, which further enriches the event's culinary offerings with a touch of excellence. The Central Bar completes the experience with drinks and cocktails for all preferences. But the Sagra is not merely a celebration of taste: each evening the stage comes alive with live music performances ranging from traditional genres to modern reinterpretations, creating a festive and engaging atmosphere.
