Sagra di Cerea

The Sagra di Cerea returns in July to enliven the summer evenings of the Cerea community with a rich program of entertainment, music, and authentic flavors. From July 3-7, 2026, Piazza Donatori di Sangue will transform into a vibrant gathering place where live concerts and dancing will alternate with food and wine stands celebrating local specialty products. Organized by the Municipality and local associations, this event is one of the main summer appointments in the Verona plains, attracting visitors from across the province. During the festival days, food lovers can discover traditional local dishes and taste specialties such as casunziei, risotto all'amarone, and DOP cured meats, while those seeking physical activity can participate in the 28th Stracerea, an FIASP-certified running race featuring routes from 2.5 to 17 km through the fascinating Valle del Brusà Natural Oasis and Le Vallette Park. Musical evenings with local and regional artists will take place live starting at 8:30 PM. The enchanting Dinner Under the Stars in the garden of Baita Alpini Cerea (9:00 PM, available by reservation) is the ideal occasion for romantic and family dinners. The festival concludes with a fireworks display that will illuminate Cerea's summer sky, creating a shared moment of celebration.
