Organized by the local Pro Loco, the festival celebrates the patron saint with four evenings dedicated to different gastronomic specialties, from fragrant roasted pork to succulent grilled meat, and delicious fish dishes that delight even the most discerning palates. Friday, August 7 kicks things off with the food stand open from 7 PM, featuring roasted pork, sandwiches, fried cod, and ragù gnocchi, followed by a youth evening with DJ Andrea Martini spinning dance and pop music from 9 PM. Saturday, August 8 celebrates grilled meat, accompanied by a country evening at 9 PM with DJ and live music that will set visitors dancing to western rhythms. Sunday, August 9 showcases fish, the undisputed star of local cuisine, prepared in multiple traditional Veneto styles, with musical entertainment from 9 PM. The grand finale arrives Monday, August 10, on San Lorenzo's feast day, with a traditional ballroom dancing evening from 8:30 PM courtesy of the local orchestra and a spectacular fireworks display illuminating Pianezze's sky around 10:30 PM.
