Artisanal cured meat producer in Spilinga (VV), in the Lariati locality on Monte Poro, in the heart of the birthplace of 'nduja. Every day it selects the finest meats and meticulously follows the ancient processing methods: only meat, salt and sun-dried Calabrian red chili pepper, natural smoking and long aging (45-60 days for soppressata), with no preservatives, colorants or additives. Among its specialties are 'nduja, soppressata and Capocollo di Calabria DOP.
