The true heart of the event pulses through 9 medieval taverns scattered throughout the village's narrow streets, where visitors can savour the cuisine of bygone times. Fusilli with ragù, cavatieddi, pasta and beans, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses, are served alongside the famous 'Torta del Duca'.
