The Festa della Sfogliatella returns to Santa Croce di Castel San Giorgio, in the heart of Campania, to celebrate one of the most beloved specialties of Neapolitan pastry-making. This iconic pastry, with its crispy, layered shell and filling of cream and candied fruit, represents centuries of Campania's culinary tradition and deserves to be savored in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
