The Sagra del Fusillo al Tegamino returns to San Mango Piemonte from July 31 to August 4, 2026, reviving one of the most historic gastronomic festivals of the Picentini region. At Piazza La Rocca, this charming Salerno municipality celebrates its signature dish: fusillo al tegamino, handmade pasta rolled with time-honored techniques passed down through generations, dressed with slow-cooked local meat ragù prepared in the traditional terracotta pan.
