Di che Pasta Sei? (What Are You Made Of?)

Circolo Il Portico in Torrile hosts 'Di che Pasta Sei?', an event organized by the Unione Bassa Est Parmense celebrating the heritage of fresh and stuffed pasta. The star of the festival is the Tortello di Torrile, an authentic recipe crafted to highlight local excellence featuring Lambrusco wine among its key ingredients. The festival schedule includes numerous activities ranging from masterclasses with renowned guests to exhibitions, aperitifs, competitions, traditional old-fashioned games, and the ceremonial cracking open of a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. Throughout the weekend, visitors can also explore a market fair featuring stalls from local farms and artisan producers. Sunday features a special culinary highlight: upon reservation, guests can enjoy a dedicated lunch starring the Tortello di Torrile, prepared in partnership with Parma Quality Restaurants and chef Antonella Ricci.
