From August 29 to September 1, 2026, this event organized by the local Pro Loco invites you to discover the endless variations of this fresh pasta format, from classic tagliatelle with ragù to more sophisticated preparations with shrimp and zucchini, including the romantic paglia e fieno (straw and hay) with asparagus. But the festival is far more than just tagliatelle: the culinary tradition of Emilia Romagna shines through in all its richness with creamy tortellini, lean cannelloni, and a selection of main courses ranging from saltimbocca to sliced beef with balsamic vinegar, to classic roast beef.
