From October 8 to 11, 2026, the Sagra Porcaloca returns to Croce Santo Spirito in Castelvetro Piacentino. Every evening starting at 6:30 PM, the indoor food tent will serve delicious local dishes and specialties, available both self-service and for takeaway. On Sunday, the food stand will also be open for lunch. The event schedule features music and entertainment throughout the long weekend: festivities kick off on Thursday, October 8, with an apericena and karaoke hosted by Zanza, followed on Friday, October 9, by a live concert by Cinzia Davò. Saturday, October 10, highlights the opera-theatrical show 'Violetta vuole… vivere', a 5-a-side football tournament, and a live performance by Diego Favagrossa. On Sunday, October 11, the festival features a craft market, a performance by the Junior Band, and the 'Antichi Organi' concert. A fun fair for children and a charity raffle at the parish youth center complete this unmissable community festival.
