The 23rd edition of Festa della Bistecca returns to Soriano nel Cimino from July 25 to August 2 to celebrate one of the most iconic dishes in Lazio's culinary tradition. In the Santarello hamlet, steak takes center stage: premium cuts expertly grilled over open flame and seasoned with the distinctive local extra virgin olive oil create an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience. Six consecutive evenings of pure pleasure: from 7 PM the village opens, from 8 PM dinner service begins with grills constantly in operation. Each dish is accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables, toasted bread, and a selection of Lazio DOC wines and craft beers served at the ideal temperature.
