From July 16-19, 2026, Carpegna becomes the global temple of DOP Prosciutto. This enchanting Montefeltro village in the Marche region hosts a celebration of one of the world's most renowned and appreciated cured ham products. In the stunning new setting of Giardini di Mezzanotte, visitors and enthusiasts can immerse themselves in a complete food and wine experience: from tastings to culinary tours, from talk shows featuring special guests to guided visits to the prosciutto producer. The event promises unforgettable moments, above all the world-famous 'Paninone' – the longest prosciutto sandwich in the world. After reaching 165 metres at the previous edition, this year's ambition is to hit 200 metres.
