The pinnacle of the event is the sumptuous Renaissance banquet, where gastronomy becomes the absolute star. Refined wild boar dishes, spiced soups based on original recipes, succulent roasts, savory crostini, and sweets inspired by 16th-century creations are served according to Renaissance customs, accompanied by prestigious red wines from the Marche hills.
