Olio Dauno

Olio Dauno DOP is an extra virgin olive oil with fruity flavor and herbaceous notes, produced on the Gargano promontory and in the hills of Daunia. The main cultivars are Ogliarola Garganica and Peranzana, which give the oil its unique character.

The olive groves of Gargano grow in a territory rich in biodiversity, between the Foresta Umbra and the sea. Harvesting takes place between October and December, with pressing completed within 24 hours.

Perfect drizzled raw over bread, legumes, fish and vegetables, this oil captures the aromas of Gargano.
