100 anni di Vigili del Fuoco Volontari di Olmi (100th Anniversary of the Olmi Volunteer Fire Brigade)

To celebrate the centenary of its foundation, the Volunteer Fire Brigade of Olmi, a hamlet in the municipality of Aldino, is hosting a full day of festivities at the local fire station on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The program kicks off at 10:00 AM with a ceremonial entrance, followed at 10:30 AM by an open-air Holy Mass accompanied by the Aldino brass band. In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the official book detailing the 100-year history of the Olmi fire brigade will be presented. Music and lively entertainment will run throughout the day: the Nova Böhmische band takes the stage at noon, followed by Die Tuanichtsguat at 4:00 PM and dance music from 5:00 PM, leading up to an evening party starting at 9:00 PM. Food and drink stalls will be open serving local specialties throughout the event.
