On the shores of the magnificent Lago di Caldonazzo, one of Trentino's natural jewels, Italy's best food trucks gather for a fascinating journey through authentic flavors, irresistible aromas, and gastronomic specialties from every corner of the peninsula.

Four days celebrating conviviality, music, and festive atmosphere, where the extraordinary landscape perfectly blends with a diverse culinary offering. The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Calceranica and organized by On The Road, represents a unique opportunity to discover new flavors, meet friends, and create unforgettable moments by the lake.

The event features a rich variety of specialties: traditional Italian cuisine with fresh pasta and risottos, gourmet burgers, Mexican street tacos, falafel and Middle Eastern dishes, sweet and savory crepes, and artisanal desserts.
