Mercatino di Natale di Lavarone (Lavarone Christmas Market)

The Mercatino di Natale di Lavarone reaches its sixth edition, bringing holiday enchantment to the heart of Alpe Cimbra. Organized by the local Pro Loco, this festive event enlivens the historic center of the charming hamlet of Bertoldi veci, showcasing ancient cobbled alleys, rural porticoes, and traditional stone vaulted cellars ('vòlti') transformed into a delightful Christmas village. Inside the wooden chalets, dozens of handpicked exhibitors showcase authentic handicrafts, woodwork, artistic ceramics, artisanal jewelry, and holiday tree decorations. Complementing the festive experience is a rich selection of Alpine and Cimbrian culinary delights, including steaming canederli, polenta, freshly baked strudel, crispy strauben, hot chocolate, and fragrant mulled wine, all accompanied by live musical entertainment, folklore, and family activities.
